RETURN POLICY:


We are excited to say that the majority of people do not return their UpBring Kits. However, we understand that from time to time people may need to return kits. The intention of the kits is for people to be able to “sample” a variety of products. The prices are kept intentionally low so that our customers can feel good about opening and trying all the products to see which one works for their baby. We make baby’s safety a number one priority and therefore do not accept ANY opened or used baby products..   Returns for UpBring Kits, must include all the items in the kit, unopened and fully intact. We will not accept partial returns, where some items are missing. This is to ensure that no baby is exposed to used products. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery, and the item must be unaltered and in its original packaging. Please contact us at returns@up-bring.com and include your name, order number and, optionally, reason for return, and we will issue you a prepaid return label. 



SHIPPING POLICY:


After you submit your order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Our turn around time on orders is typically one week, however if there are special shipments we honor those as well. Please make this known in the notes and we will do our best.
